30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
eLite Server Management provides a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible new Shared Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible service, you may submit a cancellation and refund request within 30 calendar days of the original service activation date.
Eligibility Requirements
- The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the initial activation date.
- The service must be an eligible Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting plan.
- The account must not have violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or abuse requirements.
- The account must not have been suspended or terminated for spam, fraud, abuse, prohibited activity, chargebacks, or policy violations.
- The refund applies to the eligible hosting service fee only unless otherwise stated in writing.
- The guarantee applies to the initial qualifying purchase and does not automatically renew with later billing cycles.
VPS Hosting — No Refund
All VPS Hosting services are non-refundable once provisioned, including Managed VPS, Unmanaged VPS, Linux VPS, Windows VPS, cPanel VPS, Plesk VPS, custom VPS configurations, and VPS resource upgrades.
Virtual server resources are reserved and provisioned specifically for the customer shortly after the order is accepted.
Customers should confirm CPU, RAM, storage, operating system, control panel, software, IP, network, and management requirements before ordering. See our VPS Hosting options before purchase.
Dedicated Servers — No Refund
All Dedicated Server services are strictly non-refundable once an order has been accepted, hardware has been reserved, or provisioning has begun.
This includes Managed Dedicated Servers, Unmanaged Dedicated Servers, NVMe Dedicated Servers, GPU Servers, Windows Dedicated Servers, custom server configurations, hardware upgrades, additional network resources, remote hands, and custom provisioning.
Review your CPU, RAM, storage, operating system, control panel, bandwidth, IP allocation, location, and management requirements before placing the order. You can review our Managed Dedicated Servers and NVMe Dedicated Servers before checkout.
IPv4 Leasing & IP Addresses — No Refund
All IPv4 leasing and IP allocation services are strictly non-refundable once provisioned, allocated, routed, or reserved.
This includes individual IPv4 addresses, /29, /28, /27, /26, /25, /24, /23, /22, /21 and larger allocations, routed subnets, and custom IPv4 resources.
Refunds are not provided based solely on IP reputation, blocklist status, geolocation database information, third-party reputation scores, email deliverability, SMTP restrictions, customer software incompatibility, customer network configuration, failure to use the allocated subnet, or abuse caused by the customer or the customer's users.
Review our IPv4 Leasing page before ordering.
Server Management & Technical Services
Payments for server management and professional technical services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes Server Management, cPanel/WHM Management, Plesk Management, Linux Administration, monitoring setup, security hardening, malware removal, performance tuning, troubleshooting, incident response, backup configuration, software installation, DNS configuration, server recovery, emergency support, remote hands, and custom system administration.
These services involve engineer time and technical work that cannot be returned once performed. Review Managed Server Services or cPanel Server Management for scope details.
Migration Services
Migration fees are non-refundable once migration planning, data transfer, configuration, testing, or technical work has begun.
This includes website migration, cPanel migration, Plesk migration, server-to-server migration, VPS migration, dedicated server migration, email migration, database migration, application migration, and custom migration projects.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, working credentials, sufficient source-server access, backups, licensing details, and other requirements needed to complete the migration.
See our Server Migration Services for migration scope and planning.
Software Licenses & Third-Party Services
Software licenses and third-party products are non-refundable once ordered, activated, assigned, or issued.
This may include cPanel/WHM, Plesk, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, WHMCS, security products, backup applications, SSL products where non-refundable, and other third-party software or services.
ESM may be required to pay or commit to third-party vendors for these products, and those charges may not be recoverable.
Domain Names
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are generally non-refundable once successfully processed because the associated registry or registrar charges cannot normally be reversed.
If an eligible Shared or Reseller Hosting package includes a free or discounted domain and the hosting plan is refunded, ESM may deduct the applicable domain registration cost where necessary to retain or transfer that domain.
Setup, Provisioning & Custom Fees
Setup fees, provisioning charges, installation fees, custom engineering, hardware upgrades, remote hands, data-center work, custom networking, IP provisioning, software deployment, special-order hardware, and custom infrastructure charges are non-refundable once incurred or committed.
Renewals
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to qualifying initial purchases only unless ESM expressly states otherwise in writing.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has begun. Customers are responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue using a service.
Failure to use a service after renewal does not automatically create refund eligibility.
Promotional, Discounted & Custom Orders
Promotional pricing does not change the refund eligibility of a product. Purchasing a VPS, Dedicated Server, IPv4 resource, license, or technical service during a promotion does not make that service refundable.
Custom quotes, negotiated contracts, enterprise agreements, special hardware configurations, bulk IP allocations, and individually negotiated orders may contain separate cancellation or refund conditions. Where a signed agreement, quote, order form, or written contract contains different terms, those specific terms apply to that order.
Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a recurring service through the ESM Client Area or another authorized support channel.
Cancellation and refund are not the same thing. Cancelling a non-refundable service does not create refund eligibility.
Unless otherwise agreed, a cancelled service may remain available until the end of its already-paid billing period. Customers should back up and remove any required data before the termination date.
Data After Cancellation
When a hosting, VPS, dedicated server, backup, or other data-bearing service is terminated, customer data may be permanently removed.
Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups before cancellation. ESM does not guarantee that files, databases, emails, backups, server images, configurations, or other data can be recovered after service termination.
Abuse, Spam, Policy Violations & Chargebacks
No refund or service credit will be provided where a service is suspended or terminated because of spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, illegal activity, prohibited content, network abuse, DDoS attacks initiated by the customer, repeated abuse complaints, intellectual property violations, compromised services caused by customer negligence, or violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
If you believe a payment or invoice is incorrect, contact ESM before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, service termination, cancellation of active services, restrictions on future orders, and recovery of applicable chargeback or administrative costs where permitted.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed separately from the standard refund rules. Where appropriate, ESM may reverse a duplicate transaction or apply the amount as account credit.
How to Request an Eligible Refund
- Log in to your ESM Client Area.
- Open the applicable eligible Shared Hosting or Reseller Hosting service.
- Submit a cancellation/refund request or contact Billing Support.
- Include the affected service and invoice information.
- Briefly provide the reason for cancellation.
Our team will review the request and confirm whether it meets this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method where technically possible. Processing time after approval varies by payment processor, financial institution, and payment method.
Refund Abuse
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee exists so legitimate new customers can evaluate eligible hosting services.
ESM reserves the right to deny refund requests involving suspected abuse of the guarantee, including repeated account creation and cancellation, fraudulent orders, deliberate resource abuse, attempts to obtain repeated free service periods, or other activity intended to misuse the policy.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or override consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Where applicable law provides a mandatory right or remedy that conflicts with this policy, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
Policy Changes
ESM may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in products, billing practices, infrastructure, business operations, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective or last-updated date. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing, the policy applicable to an order will be determined by the terms governing that service.
Not Sure Whether Your Service Is Refundable?
Contact ESM before placing the order. We will confirm whether the service is covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, strictly non-refundable, or becomes non-refundable once provisioning or technical work begins.
